3.4 Self-excluded Players: If you have voluntarily requested self-exclusion from jetta7 or from online gambling generally, you are not eligible to use the Platform during the applicable exclusion period. Players who circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account do so in breach of these Terms.
4.1 Each Player may register only one Account on jetta7. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information up to date throughout the life of your Account.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jetta7 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.4 jetta7 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending completion of the verification process.
4.5 Players must notify jetta7 immediately at support @ jetta7.bid if they become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account.
5.1 jetta7 accepts deposits in BDT (Bangladesh Taka) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
5.2 All deposit methods must be registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to a third party are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where possible. Any Account found to be using third-party funding sources will be suspended pending investigation.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.4 Deposits are credited to the Player's Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jetta7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 jetta7 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank, mobile financial service provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, for which jetta7 bears no responsibility.
5.6 All deposited funds must be used for legitimate gaming activity on jetta7. Use of the Platform as a money transfer mechanism, money laundering vehicle, or financial instrument of any kind is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name and that was previously used to deposit funds into the Account, unless jetta7 expressly permits an alternative withdrawal route in writing.
6.2 Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed identity verification to jetta7's satisfaction. Unverified Accounts may deposit and wager but may not withdraw funds.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are determined by the Player's verification status and selected payment method.
6.4 Withdrawal processing times: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 5 minutes for fully verified Accounts. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
6.5 jetta7 reserves the right to carry out additional security or anti-fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold. Players will be notified and given the opportunity to provide any requested documentation.
6.6 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Only the portion of the Account Balance that constitutes real-money funds (not Bonus Funds) is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to clause 6.2.
7.1 jetta7 may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, including but not limited to: eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, Wagering Requirements, maximum convertible amounts, and expiry dates.
7.2 Bonus Funds must be wagered the stipulated number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real-money Balance. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the relevant offer terms.
7.3 jetta7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. A promotional offer that has already been accepted by a Player will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of acceptance.
7.4 The following activities constitute misuse of jetta7 promotions and will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in Account suspension:
7.5 Where jetta7 determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms, jetta7 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus amount from the Player's Balance, including by deducting it from any pending withdrawal.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on jetta7 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. Sports betting rules are available within the relevant betting market.
8.2 jetta7 reserves the right to void any bet placed: (a) in error, (b) on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement, (c) where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being presented, or (d) where jetta7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or match manipulation.
8.3 In the event of a system error or technical malfunction during a game session, jetta7's records shall be the authoritative source for determining the outcome of any affected wager. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined from records, affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned.
8.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jetta7 and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of wagers, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to law enforcement authorities:
10.1 jetta7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, (b) jetta7 suspects fraudulent activity or misuse of the Platform, (c) the Player's Account is subject to a legal order or regulatory requirement, or (d) the Player has requested voluntary self-exclusion.
10.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified and invited to provide information or documentation relevant to the investigation. jetta7 will endeavour to complete any such investigation within a reasonable timeframe.
10.3 Where an Account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at jetta7's discretion, particularly where that Balance is attributable to fraudulent activity.
10.4 A Player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the jetta7 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending identity verification requirements.
11.1 jetta7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Tools available to Players include deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through the Player's Account settings at any time.

14.1 jetta7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
